How Do I Plant a Tree?

First, let's make sure the Objects View is visible.

1. If the Center Line View is showing, click on its Close button.

2. Click the Default Cursor Button.

Now we'll go shopping for a tree.

3. Click on Plants in the listing in the Objects View.

4. Scroll through the images of trees and bushes, and find a tree you want to plant. (Any tree you click on will be displayed larger in the pane below.)

Finally, let's plant it on the course.

5. When you find a tree you like, double-click on either its small picture, its large picture or its name in the Objects View list pane.

6. In either the Camera View or the Top View, click where you want to plant the tree. For those who need instant gratification, we recommend using the Camera View, because it lets you see the immediate results of your work.

7. Click the Default Cursor Button on the Toolbar.

Your new tree will stay nice and healthy without any watering.
